BJSA is committed to teaching the fundamentals of football to all age groups. Football teaches good sportsmanship, teamwork, discipline and the importance of physical fitness. We have an incedible group of all-volunteer coaches who work tirelessly throughout the spring with our football teams.

The flag/7v7 football programs is structured for youth grades Pre-K-6th Grade (Flag) and 3rd-8th Grade (7v7).  Flag games are played on Saturday's at the LaVista Sports Complex.  The 7v7 games will be played on Monday Evenings at fields in the MYFL.  Critical to the success of this program, is learning about the game of football, having fun and learning good sportsmanship. The registration fee includes a game jersey, mouth guard, and flag.

2025 Fall Football Information

Youth Flag Football:

Registration Begins:  June 15, 2025

Registration Deadline: July 27 or until divisions are full

Divisions: Pre-K/K, 1st-2nd, 3rd-4th, 5th-6th Grade

League:  Sarpy County Youth Flag Football League

Practices Begin:  August 1, 2025

Games Begin:  August 16  (games played on Thur's/Sat's).  

Cost:  $150.00 Includes; NFL Replica Reversible jersey, flag belt, mouthguard and shorts

7v7 League Information:

Registrations begin Sunday, February 9 (On-Line ONLY to get discount)

Practices begin the week of March 17

Games played on Monday Evenings, starting March 31-May 19

Teams compete in the MYFL Football League

Divisions: 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th

Cost: $150.00  / $130.00 on February 9 ONLY
